As a global corporation, Steelcase was using several different platforms for intra-company communication in North America, Europe, and Asia. To improve efficiency and strengthen ties between all 10,000 of its employees, they asked Conduit to consult on a single worldwide solution. We acted as a bridge between the IT department and the end users, balancing technical requirements with a user-friendly interface to help people feel at ease with the new technology. Conduit also supported the launch by designing an inviting and energetic new identity for the platform, along with T-shirts and other swag. After a successful implementation, all Steelcase employees are now able to communicate and share data across department and country lines, enabling our client to live up to it’s mantra of being a global, mobile, 24/7 company.
