With the surge of traffic driven by the new A.K.A. brand, A.K. Rikk’s decided to build on that momentum by opening a 28,000 square foot retail store featuring luxury fashions for men, women, and the home. As they prepared to expand their footprint, offering, and customer base, we realized that a change of this scale also required updating their identity, which had been unchanged for 21 years. Conduit designed a new brand and a comprehensive set of customer touch points to reinforce it, including large-format video installations in the store, clothing labels, shopping bags, and receipts. Our client was so pleased with the results that they produced every idea we brought to the table, turning each shopping trip into a rich and cohesive experience for their customers.
